In Kalbar, the Bremer River's water level is anticipated to drop below major flood levels early on Tuesday. As of now, the river is recorded at 9.32 metres and is expected to continue its descent through the morning. Despite these fluctuations, a major flood warning remains in effect for the Logan River, underscoring the potential for further impact in the surrounding areas.
Residents near Laidley Creek are also advised to remain alert as a minor flood warning is in place. Before 2 a.m., the water level at Laidley Creek measured 11.32 metres. These warnings highlight the ongoing risk of flooding in the region and the need for continued vigilance.
