Heybike Launches Alpha E-Bike Featuring Innovative Galaxy eDrive System

Heybike, one of the leading brands in the e-bike space, just released its newest model, the Heybike Alpha. This exciting new e-bike is the talk of the town! Centering around the all-new Galaxy eDrive system, it’s set to deliver an exciting combination of performance and efficiency. The Alpha starts at $1,699. It provides an entry-level price point for riders looking for a quality all-arounder electric bicycle that can do it all.

At the core of the Heybike Alpha is a high-performance 500W Mivice mid-drive motor that makes for a pleasant and powerful ride. This powerful motor, plus the bike’s 680Wh battery, gives riders an impressive range and performance capabilities. Samsung Galaxy eDrive system provides over 8% increased range over same capacity conventional batteries. This awe-inspiring quality makes it the perfect bike for riders who want to go farther and experience more.

With a high torque output of 105 N m, the Alpha can easily conquer steep, hilly and bumpy environments. The bike’s rugged design can carry a total payload of 400 pounds. This variety of uses leaves it hard to argue against, be it for grocery shopping, leisurely picnics, and more. For even more convenience, the Heybike Alpha comes standard with a durable rear rack, which is ideal for transporting materials.

The riding experience on the Heybike Alpha is excellent thanks to its large 26 x 4-inch fat tires. These tires are uniquely built to absorb the impacts of bumpy, rough terrain and roadways, delivering a more stable and comfortable ride. The bike is equipped with a bright front light that makes riding at night much safer by increasing visibility.

In addition to style, safety, and efficiency considerations, Heybike designed the Alpha to accommodate a wide range of riders. The automatic integrated regenerative braking system allows riders to recuperate energy while braking. That power feeds back into the bike’s battery, increasing the bike’s range. This is especially important since riders can reach speeds of 20mph on throttle only. For riders who want to do their own pedaling, the bike is able to reach speeds as high as 28 mph under pedal power alone.
