Uare.ai Secures $10.3 Million to Revolutionize Personal AI for Professionals

Uare.ai is a tech startup focused on artificial intelligence, and now it’s almost $10.3 million in seed funding successful. Mayfield and Boldstart Ventures co-led the investment round. These like-minded professionals started out wanting to build a platform based around professionals like YOU, CPA. After a recent rebranding, the SONIFI company is centered around empowering users. It allows them the creative freedom to design dynamic, interactive customized high-level models (HLMs) through multiple mediums.

With a big vision in mind, Robert LoCascio started Uare.ai. Along the way, he hopes to create a scalable productivity tool that democratizes productivity for creators and knowledge workers through personalized AI applications. The platform allows everyday people to train their artificial intelligences by simply responding to questions about their daily lives. They can communicate with each other via text, voice, or video chat. This tech-driven approach sets Uare.ai apart from its competitors in the quickly changing AI scene.

Navin Chaddha, managing partner at Uare.ai investor Mayfield, said he believes the company can “unlock AI’s transformative potential.” He’s confident this singular focus on individual professionals is what makes the startup different. The personal touch it brings to AI development is what really sets it apart. Payman explained that Uare.ai is a giant step in the direction of empowering people to use artificial intelligence in ways that are tailored to their immediate, personal needs.

Robert LoCascio was the first CEO of LivePerson, and he ran the company for almost 30 years before resigning in 2023. His newly diversified design palette continues to be influenced by these early experiences within the tech industry—filling his work at Uare.ai. With this new enterprise he hopes to build a legacy business. He takes his cues from his prior success with Eternos, a service that records people’s voices and stories for their family to hear after they die. Eternos achieved nationwide virality when its inaugural client, Michael Bommer, went public with his experience in utilizing the service.

LoCascio emphasized that many individuals considering using Eternos were not primarily preparing for death but rather seeking to document their life stories for various reasons. He elaborated on Uare.ai’s mission by stating, “The first part is getting a human life story. Where’d you come from? Tell me a story about your childhood. What’s a crossroad in your life when you were younger?” Uare.ai is a place dedicated to telling those stories. They do this by combining aspirational stories with regulatory equity-centric formula data to generate as a result competitive AI-backed AI models.

Uare.ai’s platform will ensure that users have control over their AI’s capabilities. LoCascio noted, “Our AIs will say, I don’t know if they can’t answer the question.” This feature is meant to make the tech more transparent and trustworthy. He further added, “We blend the facts with this human life story, and that gives us your model,” emphasizing the importance of integrating personal experiences into AI development.

With demand for highly specialized, personalized AI solutions ramping up, Uare.ai hopes to find its own place within this evolving marketplace. LoCascio highlighted a growing awareness among individuals regarding the ownership of AI models, stating, “I started to realize that the big models, they’re taking our datasets, and they’re getting smarter because of us. We don’t have to take that path. You own the model, and you can share it and monetize it.”

The startup faces competition from other AI ventures attracting notable figures, such as Arnold Schwarzenegger and his involvement with Delphi. Uare.ai’s focus on personal storytelling and empowering the users makes it unique as it begins this new chapter.
