In the teaser, Bonnie gets a special surprise package delivered to her… This delightful surprise delivery introduces a new character, Lilypad. Lilypad and her high-tech, frog-shaped smart tablet terraformation engine are a much bigger challenge for the toys. Voiced by Greta Lee, Lilypad balances a playfully antagonistic tone with humor and heart, creating both comedic moments and tension within the group.
The trailer highlights how Lilypad complicates the daily lives of Woody, Buzz Lightyear, Jessie, and the rest of the gang. This high-tech toy has come to town, and it’s transforming playtime for the playthings themselves. Yet, today, they have to find their way in a world that is rapidly being taken over by technology.
The original Buzz Lightyear and Woody — Tim Allen and Tom Hanks — are back in their legendary roles. Returning are Joan Cusack as Jessie, and Tony Hale, who voices the new character Forky. The cast welcomes Conan O’Brien as Smarty Pants, marking a new addition to the franchise’s ensemble.
