Their ubiquity and widespread use of the song propelled it to its recent success. The song first appeared on Spotify’s Global and U.S. charts in early May this year. This weekend, music icon Connie Francis posted an emotional video to TikTok. She took the time to thank fans for embracing her passion projects. Later that same day, Bruce Resnikoff, president and CEO of Universal Music Enterprises, awarded Francis a special double-platinum plaque. He delivered it to her at her residence in Parkland, Florida.
