Cracker Barrel Partners with Jordan Davis in New Campaign

Cracker Barrel Old Country Store has partnered with country music star and Grammy nominee Jordan Davis. Anchored by this amazing collaboration to inspire change, this new campaign launched right in time with the release of Davis’s new album, Learn the Hard Way. The album released on All Saints Day last week. It provides a fantastic canvas for the campaigns, showcasing the one-of-a-kind experience at Cracker Barrel, part restaurant, part country store.

In a recent statement, Cracker Barrel’s CEO, Julie Felss Masino, outlined the company’s strategy to navigate the changing economic landscape. The public restaurant chain is modifying its menu ordering and in-store operations to offset the increased costs from tariffs. Masino affirmed that Cracker Barrel sources most of its food domestically, while its retail side relies on international suppliers, making it crucial to mitigate tariff impacts.

“The restaurant side, all of those goods for the most part are sourced here domestically — the food and everything being prepared in the restaurants,” – Julie Felss Masino.

Sante Masino emphasized that Cracker Barrel appeals to customers looking for good value. With an average check of about $15, that’s well below the industry average of $27.

“It’s an amazing value, great scratch-cooked food, abundant portions — our job is to maintain that great value, delicious food and the country hospitality we’re known for,” – Julie Felss Masino.

Congratulations to Cracker Barrel, and best wishes on your continued efforts to improve customer experience. They’ve begun implementing these redesigned interiors which inject a little country with a big dose of contemporary style. While feedback has been mixed, Masino stated that responses have been “overwhelmingly positive,” particularly during a recent on-site meeting with managers in Florida, where the remodeling was a hot topic.

“No. 1 question I got asked was, ‘How can I get a remodel, when can I get a remodel and how do I get on the list?’” – Julie Felss Masino.

Along with all these changes, Cracker Barrel is bringing back one of their most favorite and most-requested menu items, Uncle Herschel’s Favorite. This popular breakfast dish includes two fresh eggs, grits, customers’ choice of fried apples or hashbrown casserole, a selection of meat, and biscuits and gravy.

Masino underscored that the Jordan Davis campaign represents the heart of what’s special about Cracker Barrel.

“It just highlights those things that make Cracker Barrel, Cracker Barrel,” – Julie Felss Masino.

She stressed that this new initiative is more than just encouraging kids to eat breakfast. This campaign seeks to honor the complete dining experience that only happens at Cracker Barrel, when guests enjoy great country hospitality with home-style cooking.

“It is bigger than just a meal. We have a retail shop, you’re gonna get great country hospitality with our scratch-made food in our restaurants, and that’s really what the campaign celebrates,” – Julie Felss Masino.
