Grant Ellis and Juliana Pasquarosa, who captured hearts on season 29 of “The Bachelor,” have officially decided to end their romantic relationship. Ellis started their adventure with a romantic proposal to Pasquarosa. Last but certainly not least, his choice of her over Litia Garr in the nail-biter of a season finale. After deeper consideration and easy conversation, both parties have come to the conclusion that they’re really not right for a serious relationship. Unfortunately, they have reached a point of mutual departure.
The surprise drop was announced by both artists through their individual Instagram stories. In a beautiful message, Ellis expressed his appreciation for their fellow journey together. So he wrote, “This is one of the more difficult posts I’ve ever had to write, but I would like to write it honestly. He continued to say that after some in depth discussions, both parties figured out they were “just not the right fit long term.” Ellis wanted to make sure to add that there is no bad blood between them. He concluded, “Just two people who love each other and want to continue to see each other thrive.”
Juliana Pasquarosa, who shared Ellis’s sentiments in her own statement, found the journey they took together to be a defining influence in her life. “We experienced something really special together, and travelled on our own wild, wonderful musical journey hand-in-hand.” she wrote. At the same time, she highlighted the serious commitment that marriage entails. After lots of transparent discussions and personal soul-searching, they mutually agreed to part ways personally—and they decided to go forward with their individual journeys in their lives.

Pasquarosa concluded her message by saying, “We’re still cheering each other on, just from different places now. I’m beyond thankful for all the love and support you all have given us.” Ellis thanked them for their shared time. He remarked, “This chapter is closing, but we’re both walking away with love and respect in our hearts.”
The new parents appeared totally in love during their season of “The Bachelor.” In an interview with ABC’s Good Morning America, they described themselves as “lucky” and “blessed.” Their appearance on the “Finale and After the Final Rose” ceremony proved just how in-tune they were with each other at the time.
