Evenflo is voluntarily recalling more than 74k All4One 4-in-1 convertible car seats. This move follows the emergence of a potential national safety crisis. The issue was first reported to the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) by the company on December 24, 2025. The recall affects over 500,000 car seats of various models sold in the United States. Evenflo has agreed to replace each of these affected car seats free of charge to you.
As recently as last summer, NHTSA had issued a grave warning. Our simulated crash testing revealed that the car seat may change position mid-crash, leading to potential injury. This misalignment creates potentially deadly conditions to vehicle users as well. If their fingers are through the opening above the recline indicator, they’re in danger.
Affected Models and Replacement Process
Families who own these three models can quickly identify a problematic seat. Simply check the model number and manufacture date on the label attached to the bottom or back of the car seat.
