OpenArt Revolutionizes Video Creation with One-Click Story Feature

OpenArt, an exciting new startup developed by ex-Googlers, has just released their “one-click story” feature into open beta. This dynamic new tool helps anyone easily turn a simple sentence, script, or song into a dazzling one-minute video with an engaging story structure. This latest offering perfectly showcases OpenArt’s dedication to making quality video production easier than ever before and powered by the latest artificial intelligence (AI) technology.

Founded by Coco Mao, OpenArt aggregates over 50 AI models on its platform, providing users with the flexibility to select their preferred tools for video creation. Included in this group are familiar AI models like DALLE-3, GPT, Imagen, Flux Kontext and Stable Diffusion. This wide variety of choices gives creators the chance to build stories unlike any other, depending on their narrative ambition.

The one-click story feature offers three distinct templates: Character Vlog, Music Video, or Explainer. Together with these templates, even non-technical users can rapidly create compelling dynamic content. This strategy is an effective way to simplify the creative process, and it helps to democratize video production for the masses.

OpenArt has attracted significant attention in the tech industry, raising $5 million in funding from investors including Basis Set Ventures and DCM Ventures. The company is now cash flow positive with approximately 3 million monthly active users. If it keeps going at this pace, OpenArt will soon hit an annual revenue rate of more than $20 million.

The platform is subscription-based with four different pricing tiers. The most elementary protection starts at only $14 a month. With it you receive 4,000 credits to craft up to four one-click stories, produce 40 videos worth 3 minutes each, design 4,000 images and animate 4 characters! You can pay $30 per month for the Pro plan. This plan starts you out with 12,000 story credits and permits you to build up to 12 one-click stories!

Coco believes that ensuring character consistency is one of OpenArt’s most impressive features. This capability is especially important as it addresses a notorious problem for AI-generated videos. It provides character arcs, helping to improve the audience’s suspension of disbelief and engagement with your narrative. She states:

“A problem that a lot of AI couldn’t really handle well is to have the character consistent in the same video…If you don’t have the same character, then it’s hard to get immersed in the story.” – Coco Mao

OpenArt is committed to respect all intellectual property rights. We’re excited to enter into conversations with large IP owners about licensing their characters for these programs. Mao claims that the main concern of the company was to be careful about IP infringement, so users feel free to create content without legal issues.

OpenArt is in active development, and working every day to improve the product, and grow the community of users. The company’s mission is to unlock the creative potential of people and companies. OpenArt features an intuitive user interface and sophisticated AI tools. It’s a shining example of what’s possible in the rapidly evolving field of automated video creation.
