Warwoven takes Caulfield Guineas ahead of Blind Raise
Rachel King recorded her 10th Group 1 victory, while Sydney trainer Bjorn Baker reached 14 career wins at that level.

Warwoven finished a length and a half clear of Blind Raise to win the A$3 million Caulfield Guineas, with British jockey Rachel King riding the three-year-old colt to victory at Caulfield Racecourse.
Blind Raise led Warwoven into the straight after the two horses pulled clear of the field. They contested the closing 320 metres before Warwoven drew away. Call Me Coach took third in a photo finish with Central Europe.
The result gave Sydney trainer Bjorn Baker his fifth Group 1 win this year and the 14th of his career. Warwoven's connections will receive a share of A$1.8 million. Runner-up Blind Raise is trained by Melbourne's Trent Busuttin.
King's win was her second Group 1 success aboard Warwoven within weeks. She said there had been uncertainty about how the colt would cope with racing in the Melbourne direction for the first time and with the Caulfield track.
